Rebecca Johnson
Executive Director
Rebecca Johnson is an experienced real estate development attorney and non-profit manager. She has advised real estate developers on commercial and residential projects from the acquisition process through the issuance of certificates of occupancy. Rebecca has worked with several municipalities in Southeastern Pennsylvania coordinating subdivision and land development applications and other zoning and land use related issues. After leaving the private sector, Rebecca became the Deputy Director and Chief Counsel of SCRUB, The Public Voice for Public Space in Philadelphia, where she was responsible for developing and coordinating the comprehensive legal strategy of the organization. Rebecca has her MA in Sociology-Urban Studies from Georgia State University and her JD from Temple University Beasley School of Law. She has resided in the Fairmount neighborhood since 2002 and was a member of the Fairmount Civic Association’s Zoning Committee. In addition to her real estate development and nonprofit management experience, Rebecca brings a personal dedication to the Fairmount neighborhood and to her work as the Executive Director of the Fairmount CDC.

Rob Hanlon
Business Services Specialist
Rob Hanlon is currently working with the Fairmount CDC as a Philly Fellow, a local program connecting recent graduates with Philadelphia non-profits. Rob received a BS in Accounting and International Business from Villanova University. His previous experience includes preparing taxes for low-income individuals and developing web-based resources for small businesses.

Kevin Moran
Communication Director
Kevin came to the Fairmount CDC in 2009 through the fellowship program, Philly Fellows which matches recent college graduates with Philadelphia area nonprofits. Kevin has his BS in Business Administration, Marketing from The Villanova School of Business with concentrated coursework in nonprofit management. Before coming to the Fairmount CDC Kevin served as the Media & Public Relations Chairperson for Special Olympics Pennsylvania’s Fall Festival. He is currently persuing his MA in Communication from Villanova University.

Mark Smith
Clean Streets Manager
The clean streets team member maintains West Girard Avenue by providing regular street cleaning and basic maintenance.

Naomi Roberson
Grant Manger
Naomi is a dedicated non-profit professional with over ten years of experience in Youth Development and community mobilization. Naomi joins the Fairmount Community Development Corporation and the Greater Brewerytown Community Development Corporation to build capacity and implement programming that aligns with the Brewerytown Neighborhood Plan. Before joining the Fairmount CDC, Naomi worked at the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania as a Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator. She is currently a resident of Brewerytown.
