2003 Fairmount Neighborhood Plan
In 2003, the Fairmount CDC worked with Wallace, Roberts & Todd LLC to create a plan for the Fairmount neighborhood. This comprehensive plan documented the existing conditions of the social and physical characteristics and community resources in the area and engaged public participation to identify goals and objectives. The plan then put forth recommendations on everything from parking to redevelopment to street trees. To download a full version of the 2003 Neighborhood Plan, click here.
