Fairmount Arts Crawl: April 29, 2012
The Fairmount Arts Crawl is an annual festival that attracts over 4,000 residents, visitors, and art lovers alike to the Fairmount neighborhood. Attendants stroll down the avenue visiting nearly 40 different businesses-turned-art-venues housing over 70 installations. Along the way enjoy music, dancing, kids activities, live demonstrations, and new for 2012 an expanded “Artist Alley” featuring additional crafts and artwork. Fairmount CDC Golf Tournament: June 22, 2012
June 22, 2012 will mark the inaugural Fairmount CDC Golf Tournament at Paxon Hallow Country Club. The club, which is one the most popular in the Philadelphia Region, features an old fashion style course that can be challenging for any level of play. This event is perfect for any organization looking to bolster their brand or cause among some of Fairmount’s (and beyond) most influential residents. Fairmount Fling: November 15, 2012 (Tentative Date)
The Fairmount Fling is the largest annual fund raiser for the Fairmount CDC and proceeds benefit neighborhood improvement projects, small business support, greening initiatives, and other community events. The night is complete with auctions, raffle prizes, complimentary beer and wine, music, guest speakers, recognition of fellow neighbors, a “Taste of Fairmount” featuring generous samples from over 20 area restaurants, and activities for the kids. 2012 marks the 10th Anniversary of the Fairmount Fling, and as such will be on the most memorable gatherings yet. 3-Event / Community Partner Sponsorship: Ongoing
Interested in gaining the most exposure possible, while demonstrating your support for strong and vibrant communities, to Fairmount residents, visitors, and business leaders? Consider becoming a 3-Event or Community Partner Sponsor. 3-Event sponsors allow you sponsor all three signature events at a discounted rate. Community Partners receive all the benefits of a 3-Event sponsor, plus receive recognition in other forms including logo placement on 40 permanent (3-4 year life expectancy) street banners along Fairmount Avenue and recognition at neighborhood volunteer events, socials, and meetings.
