Join the Young Friends of Fairmount this Saturday, October 27th for a cleanup day in Fairmount Park. Volunteers will cleanup the running trail that sits parallel to Pennsylvania Avenue and ends near Lemon Hill Park. It’s a great way to meet your neighbors and give back to your community at the same time. The day will begin at 10AM and volunteers are asked to meet at 29th Street & Pennsylvania Avenue (under the pedestrian bridge). All supplies and light snacks will be provided If you’re interested in volunteering, head over to the Facebook event to RSVP.
