We rely on contributions from neighbors, businesses and partners to meet our mission. Since 1999, Fairmount CDC’s has improved the quality of life for thousands of neighborhood residents from Fairmount Park to Broad Street - working across Brewerytown, Fairmount, Francisville, Spring Garden and Sharswood to build residents’ pride in their community, and Philadelphia’s most diverse business district. 

Financial contributions help support:

  • Beautification of the built environment, creating a safer, cleaner and welcoming environment to live, work and invest.

  • Ongoing neighborhood research projects to better attract the types of businesses that will support a flourishing and vibrant urban neighborhood.

  • Programs and incentives to help small businesses thrive.

  • Neighborhood events to bring community members together and help strengthen the identity of Fairmount as one of Philadelphia's premier neighborhoods.
