I have been in business since 2015. I offer photoshoots for ALL events including family portraits, maternity/newborn sessions, graduations, weddings, parties, branding and commercial. I also sell prints for decor.

Why Do You Love Working in the Art Museum District?
Fairmount is my favorite neighborhood in Philadelphia. There are so many different locations and opportunities to see some of the best parts of the city including the Art Museums, Ben Franklin Parkway, The Barnes & Rodin Museum, Eastern State Penitentiary all while still having a residential feel to it.
Tell us about your founder. What was their inspiration for opening the business?
Hi. I am Liz Baronofsky, the owner and creator of B Philly Photography. I am a full time lifestyle and street photographer, mother, partner, and Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse. I grew up and currently reside in the Fairmount area of Philadelphia area with my family.
I consider myself to be a lifestyle photographer, with a photojournalist flair. My goal is to photograph you and your loved ones in your most natural form. I love to photograph any adventure outdoors. Although I am a lover of all seasons, October and November are my favorite months. There is nothing like fall colors to paint a perfect landscape.
B Philly was originally born out of a love for street photography. I have spent vast amounts of time walking and learning the streets of Philadelphia and gaining experience with all that this beautiful city has to offer. Over time, I started attracting clients who wanted engagement shoots with graffiti and family portraits that used Philadelphia and the surrounding area as a natural backdrop.
I now do a multitude of different occasions including weddings, parties, anniversaries, sports, birthday celebrations, senior portraits, newborn photoshoots, graduations, and many others. I am here for you no matter what the occasion.
I have participated in numerous art shows and competitions and I have additionally donated my photography skills to assist with community efforts and non-profit organizations, including Covenant House, Bebashi Transition to Hope, Mill Creek Urban Farm and the University of Pennsylvania.
I earned a BA in Psychology from Widener University and a BSN in Nursing from Drexel University. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, working out, relaxing outdoors, writing, and playing guitar.
Photography has always been a part of my life's journey. It is one constant that has always remained true. Thank you for stopping by and I look forward to working with you in the future.
